Grapefruit Diet


The Grapefruit diet is a diet that has been underway since at least 1930. It is a diet of short duration and high rate of rapid weight loss.

The diet lasts for 12 days and with it, you can lose up to 5-7 kilos in that time period if done correctly. However, it is one of those diets that abandon as if we are not careful, we'll get some lasting results. Primarily, this is because the grapefruit diet aid mainly to leak retained.
