Dukan Tallarimis with cheese sauce

A recipe from attack phase
Eating tallarimis during the Dukan diet is great, as they are an excellent replacement for pasta, but pure protein. You have only to try this recipe, which comes with a cheese sauce.

The tallarimis are kind of spaghetti that are produced nothing less than fish. They are so called because the surimi is usually the major participant in the proportion of ingredients contained therein. Son 0 percent fat, low in calories (80 per 100 grams, approximately) and protein-free pure seawater.

In short, they are entirely suitable for the Dukan diet from the same attack phase. And it's good that it does, because even though they have the taste of sea and fish, people who eat them gives them the feeling of eating a plate of pasta. And if you accompany these tallarimis with a cheese sauce like the one proposed in this recipe, so much better. Feel free to try it.

Ingredients:

100 grams of dry tallarimis
0% type cheese or Quark San Millán
A stream of milk 0%
Salt, pepper and garlic powder
Preparation:

Put enough water with salt in a saucepan. Once boiled, place the tallarimis spot. Once you are ready, as with any pasta, but will not drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, prepare the cheese sauce. To do this, you just have to put in a pan with white cheese 0% milk over low heat, stirring well until blended and the sauce will be ready. Season with salt, pepper and a little garlic powder to enhance the flavor.

So, have ready a bowl rather than simple for your Dukan diet, being completely pure protein, which is why it's great for those who are just starting with this regime and are having problems adjusting to the lack of variety of dishes that can be consumed in that instance. A test without fear, they are delicious.
